After 5 years of good occupation and growing demand, the hotel was expanded with 25 new units under the same concept, but this time with standard size.
The hotel is quickly positioned as a perfect ally for companies seeking to accommodate their guests for long stays.
In 1996 the restaurant service began to operate, and in 2000, under the administration of the Carmen García-Prieto Salaverria, daughter of the founder, new changes are made to meet emerging demands. The rooms for seminars and events are open, such as the Apaneca room for up to 85 people.
In keeping with its commitment to environmental and community protection, a professional advice with AID, CNPML, and COEXPORT / CCAD / CONAIPD for the good management of energy resources and the good use of water is started in 2009.
In line with the implementation of good practices in sustainable tourism and staff training, a certification process is initiated through the Smart Voyager seal for the proper management of natural, cultural and social resources in the field of tourism.
After refreshing its ecological image, Novo Apart Hotel decides in 2016 to strengthen its identity and change its name to Novo Hotel & Suite in order to adapt to the new trends of the tourist market, and to consolidate itself as an option that offers attention and service that meets the highest quality standards.
